Summary
Martin & Fahy Accountants are looking for an entry level trainee accounts assistant to join their busy general accountancy practice.
The job will entail learning how to prepare accounts, VAT returns, payroll reports and basic tax returns. A small proportion of the job will entail daily general office duties eg answering the telephone, some filing.
Our website lists the services the firm provides to clients. Employees are encouraged to learn and assist in each of these areas as their experience and knowledge increases.
This job has no requirement for prior experience in an accountancy office. Basic excel and numeracy skills preferred.
For this entry level position, where no experience is required, there is no formal study package on offer. On the job training will be provided by senior staff in the office.
Mon-Fri 37.5 hours per week
