Summary
An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Service Technician to join their existing team.
You will report to the Service Manager and be responsible for the repair and maintenance of all equipment associated with residential pumps in basement properties sold by the company.
This role will be starting from our Chessington HQ and then onto various sites in London and surrounding regions.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Service, repair and maintain residential pumping equipment.
Full on the job training process.
Diagnose faults and successfully carry out repairs and service work
Good knowledge of using tools
Knowledge of Domestic basic electrical & mechanical parts.
Machinery experience and how it functions is advantageous
Ability to diagnose, and work well in a customer facing role.
Have the ability to work alone using own initiative and as part of a team
Heavy lifting but apply common sense to items that require assistance
Good communication skills
Excellent customer service skills both face to face and over the telephone
Be self-motivated
Full clean driver’s license
Overtime available
DBS check cleared.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
