Summary

Job Description

To develop, implement and evaluate a range of training courses. You will provide instruction/assessment and where relevant verification, on courses to agreed standards and quality procedures. You must have an HNC in Horticulture / Environment/ Sustainability or equivalent and an appropriate assessor / verifier award in the area of operation. Preferably you will have previous experience of the delivery of training to trainees and mainstream workforce. Good interpersonal skills, IT skills, the ability to attend out with normal office hours and a current driving licence are essential. An appropriate HND or equivalent qualification in an industry specific area, First Aid Certification and IOSH managing safely/NEBOSH are desirable.
