Summary

Job Description

You will provide sales and account management support within a busy team for the Neighbourhoods, Regeneration and Sustainabilty commercial waste service which includes waste and recycling and skip hire for businesses and organisations along with other commercial opportunities.

The role will include proactive engagement with existing and new customers.

Duties will include maintaining accurate customer records, liaising with operations and finance and championing the customer to ensure first class customer service.

You must have a good level of written English, previous customer service experience, excellent customer service skills, good IT skills with sound knowledge of microsoft office, a good telephone manner and a current driving licence.

An awareness of the waste and recycling industry is desirable.

This post is temporary for a period up to 3 years.
