Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic teaching assistants to work in the specialist resource base at The Lord Williams School, for children with Autism and Communication and Interaction differences. We currently have two positions: one full-time (32.5hrs) and one part-time (26 hours).

The Teaching Assistant (TA) role is an essential part of the educational team supporting students in the Communication and Interaction Resource Base. The primary responsibility is to support the Lead Teacher and specialist teachers in all aspects of work of the resource base. This will include;
(a) Work with students
(b) Supporting the smooth running of the Resource base
(c) Modelling Positive Communication
(d) Training and Professional Development
(e) Administrative Duties
(f) Policy Context
