HMP Fosse Way is a brand new Category C resettlement prison in Leicester with the capacity to house around 1,700 prisoners.

We are recruiting for a FM Prison Supervisor to supervise our Prisoner Facilities Operatives whilst they undertake their daily tasks on site. Reporting to the Head of FM you will be a key team player who enjoys working to schedule and completing tasks within deadlines – as well as supervising you will be expected to carry out duties and operate machinery where required.

Have you started of your career in a prison as a PCO and are looking for a change of direction from the operational duties on the wings but have the desire to still work very closely with rehabilitating prisoners? What you’ll need to do the role

Appropriately qualified having served a recognised apprenticeship or equivalent trade-based qualification.

Flexible and proactive with a commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement to working approach.
