- Working alongside other teams, you'll identify opportunities to reduce costs. Examples include optimising freight logistics and consolidating orders to minimise expenses.
- Chargebacks and Fines Management:
- Weekly, you'll verify, process, and challenge any chargebacks or fines related to customer orders. Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial.
- Forecasting Performance Tracking:
- You'll compare actual customer orders to the forecasted demand over a given period. This helps identify discrepancies and informs adjustments.
