Summary

Salary: £31199 - £35,579 per annum
Grade D
Secondment to run till 31ST March 2025
37 Hours per Week

Main Responsibilities include:
- To work flexibly to support the measurement, monitoring and management of performance across the Directorate enabling core objectives to be achieved.
- To provide support in the provision of services across the directorate
- Support the implementation of new projects.
- To monitor and report on key performance indicators across all services.
- To set up and maintain accurate records, databases and reports for a range of activities and services.
- To deal with members of the public, other council services, other public bodies, professional agents and solicitors to resolve service requests and enquiries if required.
- Deliver presentations from time to time, as required
- To create a training plan and deliver training to staff within the team, ensuring they are trained in process and relevant legislation and regulations

Key Skills and Experience:
You will need to be willing to work flexibly and able to work on your own initiative. You will need to enjoy working in a team that works to very demanding but achievable timescales. The team delivers a high standard of service to our customers which is essential in the growth and development of Thurrock.
