Role overview

We’re searching for an incredible Housekeeping Supervisor for our brand new luxury development in Wandsworth!

This role is based full time within the development, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of the housekeeping
team onsite day to day; ensure the building, communal areas and grounds are kept to high standards of cleanliness and handling
maintenance issues reported by tenants where necessary. You will manage a maintenance and housekeeping team across West and North
Tower.

What will you do?

• People management of housekeeping team.

• Tasking the team daily with actions and monitoring output and standards.

• Managing stock levels and ordering replenishment where required of cleaning materials and equipment.

• Clean all communal floor coverings, mopping, sweeping and/or vacuuming as necessary, including all foyers, stairs, stairwell,
lifts, lift lobbies and window ledges.

• All communal balustrades, handrails and communal surfaces, including window sills and skirting boards, are to be dusted, damp
wiped if appropriate and polished.

• External ashtrays are to be emptied into non-combustible containers, thoroughly cleaned and replaced to their original
location.

• Comprehensive dustings to ensure all cobwebs are removed from window recesses, door recesses and light fittings etc.

• All mats, including doorway matting, and rugs are to be vacuumed and left stain free.

• Wipe clean all light switches, door plates, foot plates and general door furniture and carefully wipe clean any fire
extinguishers.

• Within the lift all wall panels are to be cleaned, removing all finger marks, and the internal surfaces and mirrors, if any,
left polished and smear free. Outside of the lift all doors/buttons are to be polished.

• All communal mirrors, internal glazed screens, glazed doors, including vision panels, are to be cleaned and left smear free.

• To have an open, friendly and helpful approach to all requests made with emphasis on servicing the customer.
