Summary
This is a specialist post that requires additional knowledge about Breastfeeding and supporting safe formula feeding. Protect Support and Promote Breastfeeding to UNICEF BFI standards. You will provide expert clinical care and offer infant feeding support in complex situations with families and colleagues. Providing support to regularly Audit staff and mothers and ensuring we meet the recommendations to maintain our BFI accreditation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire, support and motivate staff. Providing training and education, and you will be supported to develop excellent teaching skills and a high standard of organisation and time management.
