Summary
Liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure all programmes are effective and successful. Develop effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, using negotiating and motivational skills to generate the best possible outcome for service providers and learners / employees, participating in regional networks and attending meetings as required Continually evaluate all development opportunities and related activities, benchmarking provision and outcomes against other organisations so as to ensure the Trusts apprenticeship and work experience offerings are competitive. Report findings to all relevant stakeholders, by means of presentations and written reports, involving them in planning and implementing necessary improvements. Support with the coordination of Learning and Development events held on site, including work-related conferences and qualification awards ceremonies; responsible for liaising with internal and external parties, booking resources and managing support from the Learning and Development team. Attend external careers events to promote work opportunities at the Trust, co-ordinating display materials and equipment and support from Career Ambassadors as appropriate Support with recruitment and pastoral support for Apprentices For further details please see the attached job description.
