Summary

Student Recruitment Advisor
37 hours per week
Salary: £22,823 to £23,280 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Are you a pro-active, enthusiastic and a personable individual? Do you have experience of providing customer service to a high standard? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Student Services team.
You will work as part of the Customer Contact Centre within our Student Services team. You would provide responsive advice, information and guidance, supporting the recruitment / admission activities for students, staff and visitors to the college
As a Student Recruitment Advisor, you should:
• GCSE in Maths and English or Equivalent
• Hold a Level 4 IAG qualification or be willing to work towards (desirable)
You should also be able to demonstrate:
• The ability to provide a high quality customer service
• Experience of supporting an effective enrolment process
• Experience of managing the flow of applications as part of an effective admissions
