Polbeth Nursery is seeking to appoint a highly motivated ELC Practitioner within our Nursery team.

The successful candidate will work as part of a forward thinking team, bringing a sound knowledge of child development and will respond to the individual needs of each child, providing high quality interactions and learning and teaching experiences.

Polbeth Nursery is situated within the village of Polbeth and serves the local area. We are a 50week facility and provide a mixture of full day and half day places. As a member of the nursery team you will work to support the provision of a high quality learning environment for all children promoting challenge, curiosity and creativity. The building provides spacious learning areas and there is a large outdoor and garden area. Polbeth Nursery falls under the management of St. Mary’s Primary School.

This position requires registration with the SSSC. The successful candidate will have six months from commencement in this post to register with the SSSC. If you are already registered with SSSC you will be required to add West Lothian Council to your account
