Summary
Lead, manage and motivate Soft FM operational staff to provide a quality customer focused service to the academic and residential estate. Ensuring that Soft FM Services are delivered and maintained to the highest standards. Accurate completion of departmental statutory paperwork. Implement all relevant health and safety legislation.
