Summary


We are looking for an enthusiastic qualified nurse to work within our Same Day Emergency Care Unit (SDEC). Part of Urgent Care division at Grange University Hospital.

We are presently open Monday - Friday 0730hrs-2000hrs.

The successful applicants must have excellent communication skills and work well in a multidisciplinary team. Sound assessment skills are vital.

Individuals must be motivated, enthusiastic and reliable. You must be a team player who is committed to improving the patient experience.

The Unit aims to give high quality care to their patients and the new team member must be committed to continual service improvement within these specialities. This post would enable applicants to access the Journey of Excellence (JoE) professional development Programme aligned to the learning and development opportunities offered within the Health Board.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
