Summary
Building surveyor needed in Huddersfield, Paying £18.53ph - Reference: 0008 C736 / 1
- Building surveyor to Schedule up works require to be carried out to bring Void properties up to the lettable standard.
- Works to be carried out by own internal DLO.
- Obtaining quotes for specialist works in accordance with procurement rules.
You will ideally have Damp and infestations experienced.
37 hrs per over 5 days.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
