Summary
The post holder will lead in obtaining and submitting stroke patient data to SSNAP, this will involve liaison with clinicians and departments across the organization to obtain medical records and assess suitability for submission to SSNAP . Reviewing of patient medical records for relevant medical information relating to patients treatment. The post holder will act as the point of contact for the Trust for any queries relating to SSNAP submission. Distribution of reports to the relevant clinicians for review on a regular basis.
