Summary
The post holder is responsible for the evidence based assessment ofcare needs, the development of programmes of care, the implementationand evaluation of those programmes of care. The post holder isexpected to carry out all relevant forms of care without supervision, andto assist with training, supervision and mentorship of qualified andunqualified staff, under the guidance of senior colleagues. To communicate effectively with all members of the multi professionalteam, children and their families at all times.
