Our client is a reputable UK Top 40 law firm with offices nationwide. They are currently looking to recruit a Head of Cycling Injuries to join their industry-leading personal injury team. The firm is situated in Manchester City Centre and offers a hybrid working policy, competitive benefits and a competitive salary which is negotiable dependent on experience.


Your new role
This Head of Cycling Injuries role will see you handle a niche yet interesting caseload of complex cycling injuries. You will handle a mixed caseload of RTA and public liability cycling claims of a fast and multi-track nature. As Head of Cycling, you will be required to supervise a team of solicitors and paralegals, analysing performance and mentoring where required. Successful applicants will be required to raise the profile of the team by attending relevant events, liaising with local cycling clubs and engaging on social media platforms.


What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified solicitor/CILEX looking to develop your career in a well-run firm. You must be 3+ years PQE with experience handling your own caseload of litigated cycling accident claims. You must be enthusiastic about raising the reputation of the firm's cycling department. Successful applicants will have some affiliation to the cycling community and must be passionate about the work they do.
