Summary

Technical Support Officer

As a Technical Support Officer, you will be expected to:

• Provide administrative and technical support to the Repairs and Maintenance team within the Asset Management Department. To record and monitor One Vision Housing’s & Pine Court Housing Association’s repairs, voids & statutory obligations centrally, ensuring that the group meets all its statutory obligations in the process. Provide a high level of customer satisfaction and management of associated risks.
• Commit to equality and diversity and to promote non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of work undertaken.
• Adhere with the Health and Safety at Work Act to take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts and omissions.

To be successful in a Technical Support Officer role, the skills you will need:

• Level 2 qualification (GCSE, O level or NVQ or equivalent.
• Previous experience of working in an administrative role.
• Previous experience of data input into asset management systems.
• Experience of dealing with customers.
• Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
• ICT literate and able to confidently use Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email.

Experience or Knowledge of the below would be advantageous but not essential:
• European computer Driving Licence (ECDL) or other ICT qualification.
