About The Role
Overall Purpose of the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified project Manager to join the team working across the UK managing projects works for several clients. Up to the value of up to £1,000,000 and from conception through the delivery phase to completion and hand over.
As the PM you will be responsible the pricing and the planning of the project managing the labour and materials to ensure safe and effective delivery of the project, you must have the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time some being low value and simple, with some being high value and complex.
You will be responsible for the invoicing of your work and ensuring that the project profit margin and cash flow are maintained, this role is part of the company commission scheme so as part of the role it vital all projects are entered into the company CRM system (Salesforce)
As member of the technical team, you will be electrically or mechanically qualified to HNC level as you will be required to provide support to the operations team with more complex elements of the contract service delivery.
Hard services background
Onsite role / multi-site
Occasional working away may be required as part of this role

Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role
Manage projects end to end to ensure a safe and profitable delivery
Complete site safety visits with OCS contract managers to ensure that the contracts remain complaint
Attend a client weekly/monthly meeting to provide projects update
Ensure all projects are entered onto the OCS CRM system
Manage sub-contractors /reviews
OCS/Subcontractor H&S audits
Oversee the management of the PPMs & hard services on site
Health and Safety Duties
* Good knowledge of health and safety requirements
* COSHH
* Following company guidelines and procedures
* Ensure that OCS safety image is reflected positively
* Take responsibility for ensuring equipment is maintained and fit for purpose
Group Safety Support:
You will be required to work closely with the account Manager who will be available to provide safety advice and support. Furthermore, you will be required to ensure that safety initiatives are implemented.

Promptly deal with any queries or complaints or pass them to your Line Manager

Professional Qualifications
HNC in engineer discipline
IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
CDM
CSCS
SMSTS
Experience
Previous experience of managing projects works
