Summary
The post holders key responsibility is to provide a responsive and supportive IT and telephony support service to all members of the clinical and administrative team at Carn to Coast Health Centres as well as presenting a professional image to external contractors and partner organisations. The IT support service is led by the IT Systems Officer and delivered by two part-time Systems Officers of which this post is one. The postholder will also assist in ensuring the functionality, safety, security and maintenance of the systems of the practice and help to ensure that the IT systems of the practice are utilised effectively, efficiently and to their full capabilities.
