Summary

Are you experienced in Aggregate and Asphalt testing? FM Conway is currently seeking to recruit a Site Technician.

As our Site Technician you will focus on ensuring that our products are of the highest quality, so that our customers can enjoy the very best service and products on offer.

The duties of the role will include:

- Ensuring that all requested site testing is completed at the agreed frequencies

- Working with surfacing technical and production staff to ensure all customer needs are met

- Maintaining the highest standards throughout the entire process, ensuring that accurate and factual reports can be issued to both internal and external clients

- Complying with ISO 19001 / NHSS16 quality standards

- Recording all test results, any observations and remarks are made and kept

- Reporting all incidences in the correct and timely manner

- Undertaking any other duties and any ad hoc projects as required by the business

- Acting in accordance with company policies and procedures, particularly with reference to our Equality and Diversity policies, procedures, and practices

What skills and experience do you need?

We are looking for candidates with solid experience in aggregate and asphalt testing. As part of the role you will need to have a full UK driving license. Other essential skills will include a good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel along with strong written and verbal communication skills. You must also be self-motivated and able to work well within a team.
