Summary


We are looking for an enthusiastic CYWP to join our community services for children, young people and their families.

The post will be based at:Altham Meadows, Morecambe, LA4 4RR

The role is within:CYPMH & CYPPS Lancaster and Morecambe

A Permanent vacancy for a CYWP to work within our 0 – 18 years CYPMH & CYPPS service. Fully qualified and fully accredited is essential for this post.

The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering, under supervision, high-quality, outcome-informed, focused, evidence-based interventions for children and young people experiencing, mild to moderate anxiety, low mood and behavioural difficulties.

The post is within a fully-integrated MDT of Specialist CYPMH Practitioners, DBT Therapist, Clinical Psychologists, and Psychiatry. The post-holder will join a number of CYWP’s already working in the children and young people specialty across eight teams in South Cumbria and Lancashire. The post holder will receive on-going clinical supervision both as individual and in a skills group.

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.

The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
