Job Location: Swindon (SN2), Wiltshire
Job responsibilities:
- Supporting user stories on the Product backlog
- Keeping the product backlog prioritized and refined as per client business needs
- Supporting Agile team, Lean, and SAFe principles into Business Analysis within the team
- Work with the Scrum Master/Product Owner to liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Support identification of business priority
- Doing UAT / BAT
- Assist the Scrum Master by supporting Iteration/Release Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospective, and Sprint Reviews
Job Skills:
- Experience with API tools /Java Microservices experience
- Any digital transformation and business change projects experience
- Change Management skills
- Good at Stakeholder Management skills
Technical Skills:
- JIRA
- Confluence
- Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)
- API Tools:
ReadyAPI
SoapUI
Postman
Certifications:
- Any SAFE or related certifications are advantageous, but not mandatory
