Job Responsibilities:
- Performing UAT
- Writing UAT test cases and executing UAT test scenarios
- Participating in CCB
- Training the customers using web-based Tools, hosting trainings, assisting in installations
- Performing UAT/PreProd Testing
- Assist in the design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of existing and new Mobile App applications
- Liaison with other departments like Testing and Developments PODS
- Gathering and analysing customer requirements
- Writing customer and functional / technical specifications
- Assisting in Managing the testing and release of the final product
- Meeting the clients in client Place
- Ability to work under pressure
- Data analysis
- Knowledge in designing and implementing Business Analysis artefacts
- Knowledge in analysing and modelling business processes
- Knowledge of specifying and shaping new software features
- Knowledge of working with software development teams in an agile environment.
- Exposure to MS OneNote and MS Project
- Use of web-based technologies for delivering products and services, especially dashboards and data presentation
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills,Experience of customer management & client facing skills
