Summary
Morgan Hunt currently require a Chef for NHS based in North London
Pay Rate: £14ph PAYE + £1.68 WTR Total: £15.68ph Weekdays/ Saturday £18.20ph PAYE and Sunday £21ph PAYE.
Hours: 37.5 hrs 09:00am to 17:00pm Saturday to Wednesday
Location: Central London
Duration 3 months on going contract.
Duties
• Support Head chef and sous chef with the preparation and cooking of food.
• Check, record, and monitor, then act upon temperatures of food items.
• To ensure food for dispatch is correctly packaged to maintain high standards of delivery and service.
• Manage the process and complete the weekly, monthly, and annual stock takes.
• Produce and place the orders required to support the delivery of service.
• To keep all ordering and stock to a sufficient level that all the retail services can operate.
• Provide full allergen information on requested.
• Support manage Profit / loss accounts by providing pre and post costings for planned menus.
• Post holder to ensure food wastage is minimised and reported.
