Summary
About the Employer
Jacob is a very polite and friendly young man, 26, that loves going out and socialising. The shift would pretty much involve taking him out either in his manual wheelchair into Town centre for socialising and drinks. There are absolutely no cleaning or household chores to be done, this role is just about being with Jacob and going out to have a good time. There is very little personal care required as he will be showered and dressed before every shift. He loves days out, nights out, festivals and clubbing so the role would not involve being stuck inside his home. He loves having new experiences. Jacob has Cerebral Palsy but can walk with support, and Autism at the lower end of the spectrum. He does require help getting in and out of cars and onto chairs. He does have other PA's and from time to time additional hours will be available to cover other shifts. This role would suit a younger person and someone that is outgoing. Must have access to own vehicle.
