We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi skilled Maintenance Technician core electrical with suitable electrical qualifications and 17th or 18th Edition where you will be joining a close-knit team in a varied role in Liverpool city centre.
This is a brilliant position for a Facilities Maintenance / Building Services / Multi Skilled Engineer.
The Role: Electrical / Multi Skilled Engineer with Mechanical knowledge
• Servicing, Maintenance and repair work across various types of buildings
• PPM visits and reactive repairs of Electrical and Mechanical plant and equipment, air handling units, cold-water boosters, pumps etc.
• Plant room checks
• Manage CAFM system
• HVAC maintenance
• Knowledge of BMS
The Person:
• Must have 17th or 18th edition certificate/qualification
• Immediately available & wanting a days-based role
• Prior experience in Facilities Maintenance/Building Services
• Electrical apprenticeship
• BTEC / ONC
• 17th/18th edition regulations
