Summary
Focused Recruitment are currently seeking a number of production operators to join our clients manufacturing plant in the Cardiff area.
Candidates will need to have a prior assembly background and experience working with small pneumatic tooling.
Hours of work:
Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:30 with an early finish on Fridays.
Duties:
- Perform various types of soldering and sub assembly of electrical products
- Gather components needed to meet production schedule
- Sets up equipment and solder components together.
- Completes projects by smoothing rough edges of product.
- Packing of finished components and product
- Record any errors and rejects on production sheets.
- Sub assembly / hand assembly of finished product
- Working to production KPI's and targets to ensure output is achieved
Skills:
- Good attention to details/good hand eye co-ordination
- Ability to read equipment manuals.
- Previous experience within a similar assembly based role.
- Knowledge of soldering processes and technics or willing to learn.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to details.
