Summary
Focused Recruitment are currently seeking a number of Production Assembly Operatives to join our clients manufacturing plant in the Cardiff area.
Hours of work:
Monday-Thursday 08:00am - 16:30pm with an early finish on Fridays.
Duties:
- Perform various types of soldering and sub assembly of electrical products
- Gather components needed to meet production schedule
- Set up equipment and solder components together
- Packing of finished product within a manufacturing environment
- All other duties deemed necessary by management
- Record any errors and rejects on production sheets.
- Clean work area and equipment
- Working to production KPI's and targets to ensure output is achieved
Skills:
- Good attention to details/good hand eye co-ordination
- Ability to read equipment manuals
- Previous experience within a similar production / manufacturing role would be essential
- Excellent organization skills and attention to details
