Hours: 37 hours per week, plus lettings,

52.14 weeks per year

Working pattern: Monday to Thursday 7am – 10:30 am and 2:00pm – 6.00pm, Friday 7am -10:00 and 2:00 – 6:00pm (but flexibility will be required for special events etc.)

We are seeking to recruit a reliable, hardworking and trustworthy individual to work as a Site Manager who can ensure that our children have a safe and secure place to learn and play. The successful candidate will ensure the safe operation of the school by carrying out a range of duties including management of statutory compliance, health and safety, general maintenance and supervision of contractors. Prior experience within a similar setting is desirable but training for the successful candidate will be offered as required.

You will become part of The Tyrrells Primary School community and will work closely with the Headteacher, office staff, and the CLP Trusts Facilities and Estates Manager.
