Summary

Opportunity to join a commercial building team whom manufacturer and install replacement UPVC windows and doors to the public and housing authority sector. We are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Site Supervisor to report the Contracts Manager and the role will include;

• Overseeing all self employed fitters and subcontractors
• Managing contracts worth c £1-3m
• Receive and check deliveries and report then chase any missing items - Store correctly and safely - you maybe required to assist unloading the products from the delivery
• Book and confirm jobs with residents
• Manage installer teams work plan schedule
• Ensuring on-site quality and EHS standards are met with the company's and clients expectations
• Collate paperwork and administration on a timely basis
• Technical advice
• Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget

You will need the following experience for this role:

• Previous experience of site management within a construction environment
• Valid CSCS card
• Strong IT skills
• Knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation
• Man management skills are desirable
• Knowledge of UPVC windows and doors

The role will include some travel within the M3 area so a full driving license will be required for the role. Some outside working hours maybe required rarely with occasional flexibility over weekends. We look forward to hearing from you.
