Summary
Do you have a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education and experience in a Senior Role?
If so we have a number of different Room Leader roles in our Babies, Toddlers and Pre-school rooms. The roles are full-time and based in our Edgbaston Nurseries.
The Room Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day running of their department and supporting the management team ensuring the highest standards of care and education.
They will be caring, creative and a reflective leader able to implement new ideas and use a range of strategies to continually improve practice and support the management team.
