Summary
Energie Fitness Palmers Green is looking for a FITNESS Instructor to join our team in London. We are looking for someone who is passionate about fitness, loves to teach, and has a positive attitude.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Execute the sales and marketing strategies to attract new members in line with the Sales and Marketing plan.
• Drive member engagement through account management
• Promote activities and programs to cater the needs of our members.
• Instruct group classes on shift.
• Instruct Induction/Kickstart for new members on shift
• Social Media - Instagram, Tiktok, facebook Videos Weekly
• Engage in community outreach programs to enhance brand reputation and loyalty
• Create a fitness environment that is fun, safe, and welcoming
• CRM Sale, Welcome and non-attendance Calls
• High Quality tours given to potential members who come to view the gym
• Ensure all workout equipment is in working condition, clean, safe for use at all times and all health and safety procedures are followed
Experience:
• Previous group fitness instructor experience is required, +2 years
• Previous fitness training experience is preferred. +2 years
• Preferred experience in running HIIT, Kettlebell, Boxing, Padwork, LBT, Step type classes
• Preferred experience in sales, member engagement and communication to exceed satisfaction

• Level 2 Fitness Instructor (Desirable further qualifications in business management or sports science)
