Summary
TeacherActive are proud to be working with a wide range of fantastic Primary, Nursery & Special Educational Needs and Disabilities/ SEND schools in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire that are currently recruiting for a number of different passionate and driven Early Career Teachers/ECT.
Required to start in the new academic year for September 2024, I have a variety of popular and well respected schools already seeking out their new and enthusiastic Early Career Teachers/ ECTs for their full time posts. We are looking for Early Career Teachers/ ECTs who are able to teach engaging and dynamic lessons across the curriculum in their specific subject.
Ideally candidates will work well with staff and have the ability to inspire able and motivated students. Some of the roles may be on a rolling basis but with potential of longer-term or even permanent work after a 12 week AWR period available for the right Teacher.
We offer roles for:
• Early Years Foundation Stage/ EYFS
• Key Stage 1/ KS1
• Key Stage 2/ KS2
• Special Educatonal Needs and Disabilities/ SEND
Role requirements and expectations:
• Have an interest in child development and education
• Making lessons, fun, engaging and inspirational for pupils
• Be passionate about working with Primary School Children
• Planning creative and engaging lessons
There is also the opportunity for you to pick up any work over the summer term around your availability - e.g. Exam Invigilator, Teaching Assistant , Cover Supervisor etc. to trial out a few schools before committing long term to a September role.
