Search are hiring for a creit administrator to join a fun and fast baed company. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maximising cash collected from clients and minimising bad debt, all while adhering to agreed-upon timescales. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records and maintaining client relationships.
37.5 hours per week:
* Mon - Fri
* 09:00 - 17:30
Main duties include:
* Overseeing ledger, ensuring prompt payments
* Coordinating emails with Team Manager, collaborating with colleagues
* Managing correspondence, supporting tasks
* Reconciling multi-site clients, maintaining debt below 3%
* Ensuring timely payments, fostering relationships
* Resolving queries, boosting cash flow
* Meeting cash targets, standardising multi-site accounts
The ideal candidate:
* Strong communication skills
* Accuracy and efficiency
* Capability to work effectively under pressure
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proficiency in Microsoft packages - Word and Excel
* Basic understanding of accounting principles
* Familiarity with Sales & Purchase Ledger processes
