Search are hiring for a creit administrator to join a fun and fast baed company. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maximising cash collected from clients and minimising bad debt, all while adhering to agreed-upon timescales. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records and maintaining client relationships.

37.5 hours per week:
• Mon – Fri
• 09:00 – 17:30

Main duties include:
• Overseeing ledger, ensuring prompt payments
• Coordinating emails with Team Manager, collaborating with colleagues
• Managing correspondence, supporting tasks
• Reconciling multi-site clients, maintaining debt below 3%
• Ensuring timely payments, fostering relationships
• Resolving queries, boosting cash flow
• Meeting cash targets, standardising multi-site accounts

The ideal candidate:
• Strong communication skills
• Accuracy and efficiency
• Capability to work effectively under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft packages – Word and Excel
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Familiarity with Sales & Purchase Ledger processes
