Summary
We are working with an established manufacturing business in the Swale area who have experienced continued growth and development within the factory operations and are seeking a Machine Shop Supervisor to join the business. The role will see you managing and developing a highly skilled team, managing ongoing projects to include NPD. The incoming candidate will be a people-motivator with a keen eye on developing and enhancing skills in order to drive productivity and efficiencies for continued growth trajectory.
You will be knowledgeable in implementing new production processes, with experience of continuous improvement and efficiencies methodologies and practices. Working cross-functionally, you will be a hands-on leader with experience of CNC operations - both automated and manual and ideally possess fabrication skills. You should have demonstrable management skills gained from within a high performing culture and understand the life-cycle of projects from design through to finished product.
