Summary
The duties and responsibilities to be undertaken may include any or all of the items in the following list. Review patient medical records received electronically through GP-2-GP Culling and sorting patient records and letters in preparation for summarising Review medical records and produce an accurate summary of the patients medical history. Read Coding the information onto the EMIS clinical system, unless GP-2-GP where data requires verification. Monitoring progress of notes summarising against practice targets Offer general assistance to the Practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients, visitors either in person or via the telephone. Ensuring medical records are up to date and accurate. To commit to undergoing any further training needs in order to maintain the high standard of data entry expected in patient records.
