Summary
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary: £43,742 to £50.056 per annum (NHS AfC Band 7) Location: Ribban Court, 20 Dallam Lane, Warrington. WA2 7NG. Please note, if you are currently undertaking the Trainee High Intensity Course, you must be able to provide proof, from your academic institution, of successful completion of assessments to date prior to commencing in post. We offer an 8:00am to 8:00pm service Monday through to Thursday, and 8:00am to 5:00pm on a Friday. This can allow for flexible working patterns, such as condensed hours which can be agreed with your Line Manager. There will be an expectation to work one evening a week. About the role We are looking for Qualified High Intensity Therapists to join our NHS Talking Therapies service in Warrington. The main duties of the job will include carrying out assessments with clients presenting with common mental health difficulties. High quality supervision and continuous professional development opportunities are provided. Please refer to the attached job description for full job details. About you You should have a real interest in helping people with anxiety and depression to achieve a level of recovery which will improve their overall wellbeing and day to day life and will have a good understanding of how these difficulties present in primary care. You will be able to deliver a range of NICE evidence-based therapies in one to one or group settings. The successful candidate must be motivated with the ability to organise and prioritise their own workload.
