Summary

Pension database administrator
⦁ Salary £24,000 - £26,000
⦁ Hours – Full Time (37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday)

Our client a technology business within the financial sector who in recent years have gone through fantastic growth provide integrated regulatory solutions for financial advisers, planners, providers, and administrators. They're looking to hire an Administrator with experience of working in Financial Services or Pensions.

The Role:

You'll be a vital part of the team, your primary focus is to support our range of different customer cases and ensure all are administered and dealt with accordingly.

Main duties and responsibilities include, (but are not limited to)
⦁ Responding to and solving member queries via email
⦁ Responding to and solving advisor & provider queries via email and telephone, Processing Letters of Authorities within agreed SLA's including policy responses from providers
⦁ Manage and maintain the company's database daily to maximise its full potential
⦁ Support and update the Pension Finding feature
⦁ Update customer dashboards with Pension information
⦁ Supporting management on ad hoc projects

⦁ Manage post (incoming and outgoing)
⦁ Administration Experience
⦁ Experience in pensions or in a financial service setting (desirable)
