Summary
Forge Wood Primary School are looking for a Learning Assistant to join our school. You could be supporting a child on a 1:1 basis, or a class teacher in a class of up to 30 children. Ideally you will be an experienced Learning Assistant, but whatever your level of experience please use the supporting statement on the application form to show us how you match the skills we need and what you can bring to the role.

Assist in monitoring the child's progress, assessing achievement and recording results and observations, sharing outcomes with the class teacherA can do approach and flexibility Knowledge of SEND and supporting pupils with additional needs, is desirable A confident and clear communicator with parents.An excellent role model to children, colleagues and parents, exemplifying our core principle of kindness A positive, open-minded professional actively supportive of the ethos, vision and values of the school A member of the team who can build strong relationships with parents, children and staffAbout Forge Wood Primary School Our School sits within a newly established cluster of schools, overseen by a Regional Director.
