Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and outstanding National Account Manager to join the team to support continued business growth with our client, a leading approved flooring contractor and interiors package installer to the new house build industry.

Key Responsibilities for the National Account Manager:

To develop new customers and to build and maintain excellent relationships with the existing customer base
To increase sales through existing markets, partnerships and product & services
Planning proposals for new business
To assist in creating development plans and growth projections for the business

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following Essential Skills and Experience:
Flooring knowledge essential or currently working in the new build industry – ideally a minimum of 5 years flooring industry experience and 3 years new build industry experience is required for this role
To be a real team player, with the personality and drive to succeed
Great planning & organisational skills with the ability to prioritise time and workload efficiently
Able to build rapport and influence people at all levels
Excellent creativity and problem-solving abilities
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
Commercial awareness of the industry and supply chain


Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required)

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Location: On the road
