Applications are invited for the post of Sports Grounds Person (skilled) in the Active Lifestyle and Sport Team.

At Royal Holloway University, Active Lifestyle and Sport is an essential element of the student experience and belonging.  The Active Lifestyle & Sport team is responsible for encouraging participation in sport, health, and fitness activities across campus to enhance student, staff, and visitor wellbeing, whilst working closely with both Student Life colleagues and the Students’ Union. It is not only about running facilities but also about the activities and programmes that are delivered to build a sense of belonging and community at Royal Holloway.

Active Lifestyle and Sport is committed to delivering effective physical activity services that enrich the student experience. To contribute to the emerging RH2030s Strategy, your focus will be on supporting opportunities to play sport in our outdoor facilities to enhance the student experience and build community engagement with local community clubs and teams. Your role will focus on the managing and maintaining high-quality facilities for a range of sporting requirements across campus to enhance student, staff and visitor experience. This post will contribute to the delivery of the sports grounds plans and associated programs of work, to an exceptionally high standard, under the supervision of the Sports Grounds Manager.
