Summary
Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Customs Declarant to join our 24h shift team. Essential skills such as analytical approach, good communication and time management are essential. The successful candidate will also be responsible for completing import and export declarations in a timely and accurate manner. Experience as a Customs Declarant or similar role preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities Includes:
• Prepare and process import and export documentation according to customs regulations, laws, or procedures.
• Ensure that all documentation meets customs regulations.
• Communicate with customs officials to facilitate smooth import and export processes.
• Work in shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Qualifications / Skills:
• Experience as a Customs Declarant or similar role preferred but not essential.
• Familiarity with the latest import/export regulations and procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer Service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
