Summary
Reporting to the Head of Learning and Organisational Development, the post holder will provide expertise to facilitate the development, delivery and monitoring of the Trust apprenticeship programmes, ensuring there are high completion and retention rates and will support the wider L&OD functions. Core activities involve increasing awareness of the value of apprenticeships; supporting managers to procure, design and deliver apprenticeship training; managing the Apprenticeship Levy, capturing and analysing training data; evaluating the quality of apprenticeship programmes; monitoring outcomes; ensuring compliance with funding rules; and submitting returns to all reportable agencies.
