To manage one or more projects on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the force, and within the constraints laid down by the board(s), and in accordance with PRINCE2.

To ensure that the project produces the required products to the required standard of quality, and within the specified constraints of time and cost.

To ensure that projects produce results that are capable of achieving the benefits defined in the Project Brief and Business Case and that meet the needs of the force.

To demonstrate the values, principles and standards of behaviours of Lincolnshire Police. All staff involved in carrying out functions in this role will also do so in accordance with the principles of the Code of Ethics. The aim of the Code of Ethics is to support each member of the policing profession to deliver the highest professional standards in their service to the public.

Hybrid working - Mixture of office and working from home. PRINCE2 practitioner qualified.

Shift pattern
The standard shift pattern for the role is shown, however flexible working patterns will be considered on a full and part-time basis. Applications will be considered on an individual basis and all requests must meet the organisational need as well as individual need, which can be determined with the successful applicant.
