Summary


Healthcare Assistant Palliative Care - Band 3

Full time, permanent role

Due to internal promotion on qualifying as a band 4 (trust funded and supported) we are really excited to offer this opportunity to join our expanding and developing community palliative care team

As a band 3 healthcare assistant, the post holder will work as part of the community palliative care team and undertake a broad range of nursing support duties relating to the care of patients with end-of-life care needs in the place where they live, usually their own homes.

The post holder will work under the direction of the palliative care team providing care and support as required to patients and their families with end-of-life care needs

The post holder will work within the clearly defined boundaries of their competencies
