TeacherActive is thrilled to be working with a day nursery within the Wirral area. The setting works daily to ensure the highest quality of care to all children attending, with opportunities for learning and development, throughout the hours of 07:30am and 18:00pm. The site cares for over 50 children, ensuring security and their individual needs are met while promoting independence.
The nursery is looking to take on a Qualified Early Years Practitioner, Level 2 or Level 3 will be considered. This will be on a day-to-day basis, leading to shorter and longer term placements, with the potential of a permanent role. The successful practitioner will have previous experience of working within a nursery, and knowledge of the EYFS and developmental milestones.
The successful Early Years Practitioner will have:
· A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent
· Previous experience working with young children in an early years setting
· A positive and caring approach to supporting children learn and develop
